Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Trouble Shooter to identify and resolve technical issues within our organisation. This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, technical expertise, and the capacity to handle pressure effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of technical problems and solutions.
  • Respond to internal requests for technical support promptly.
  • Document all interactions and solutions provided.
  • Support users in utilising IT systems effectively.
  • Implement and maintain ITIL processes for improved IT services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
