Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tree Trimmer to join our team. The Tree Trimmer will be responsible for safely and efficiently pruning, trimming, and removing trees in various settings. The successful candidate must have a strong knowledge of tree care practices and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage tree care tasks, ensuring high-quality results.
• Monitor tree health and propose corrective measures.
• Work directly with clients to understand their tree service needs.
• Train and mentor junior staff in tree care best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training for safety and equipment usage.
• Ensure efficient waste management and recycling of tree materials.
• Promote and market tree care services to potential clients.

Requirements

Education

• Valid Tree Trimming Certification or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in tree trimming or related field

Technical Skills

• Tree Climbing Skills
• Heavy Machinery Operation

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• First Aid/CPR Certification (preferred)
• Driving License

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience managing tree care projects: Proven track record of leading and coordinating tree care services.
