Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Leeds office. The ideal candidate will be tasked with troubleshooting technical issues, providing day-to-day support to users, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our technological infrastructure and aiding staff in resolving any IT-related concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to help desk requests in a timely manner.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Support IT projects and initiatives as required.
  • Develop and maintain user guides and documentation.
  • Assist in the evaluation and integration of new technologies.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support
