Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Climber to join our team. As a Climber, you will be responsible for scaling various outdoor structures such as trees, cliffs, and buildings for recreational, maintenance, or rescue purposes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent physical fitness, strong climbing techniques, and a passion for outdoor adventures.

Responsibilities

• Utilize safe climbing techniques during climbing expeditions.
• Conduct equipment checks regularly for safety compliance.
• Evaluate climbing routes and conditions before tasks.
• Mentor clients during climbing activities to ensure safety.
• Effectively handle rescue operations when required.
• Work in a coordinated manner with the climbing team.
• Abide by health and safety regulations diligently.
• Document every climbing session for safety and improvement.
• Attend ongoing training for skills enhancement.
• Manage the setup of climbing equipment and facilities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Additional experience in guiding clients during climbing expeditions preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in rock climbing, ice climbing, or mountaineering: Hands-on experience in various climbing disciplines is a plus.
