Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency and cost-reduction. Your expertise in process design and optimization will be essential in meeting production goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement new production technologies and processes.
• Conduct time and motion studies to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain standards.
• Prepare and present engineering reports to management.
• Support product development initiatives from an engineering perspective.
• Manage small engineering projects from conception through implementation.
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed improvements.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
• Facilitate cross-training of manufacturing personnel.
• Report on project progress and challenges to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
