Job Description

Join us as a Healthcare Data Analyst based in Birmingham. You will analyze healthcare data to help shape strategies that enhance patient outcomes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform statistical analyses on healthcare data to inform policy decisions.
  • Collaborate with IT to optimize data collection and management processes.
  • Generate reports to support clinical performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient care.
  • Create visualizations to help stakeholders understand complex datasets.
  • Provide training and support to staff on data analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Conduct research to stay abreast of new trends in healthcare data analytics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Public Health, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics
