Job Description
Join us as a Healthcare Data Analyst based in Birmingham. You will analyze healthcare data to help shape strategies that enhance patient outcomes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
Perform statistical analyses on healthcare data to inform policy decisions.
Collaborate with IT to optimize data collection and management processes.
Generate reports to support clinical performance evaluations.
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient care.
Create visualizations to help stakeholders understand complex datasets.
Provide training and support to staff on data analytics tools and methodologies.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Conduct research to stay abreast of new trends in healthcare data analytics.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Public Health, or related field
Master's degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage
Experience
3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics
