We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our support team in Bristol. The right candidate will possess strong technical skills in managing IT infrastructure, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers for hardware and software procurement.
• Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on IT best practices and system usage.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, including security protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
