Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our expanding team in Brighton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, ensuring the projects are delivered on time and to scope. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance.
  • Report on project status, variances, and key performance indicators.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project delivery.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on project management practices.
  • Manage project changes effectively, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Project Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects in a professional setting
