UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate UX Designer to join our Liverpool team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on user-centric design, with the ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to gather insights and requirements.
• Prototype and test design concepts with users.
• Develop and refine visual styles and design patterns.
• Document and maintain design systems for consistency.
• Support cross-functional teams in creating user-centered products.
• Analyze user testing data and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met in all designs.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related discipline
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working in a UX design role
