Job Description
We are looking for a passionate UX Designer to join our Liverpool team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on user-centric design, with the ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Lead design workshops to gather insights and requirements.
Prototype and test design concepts with users.
Develop and refine visual styles and design patterns.
Document and maintain design systems for consistency.
Support cross-functional teams in creating user-centered products.
Analyze user testing data and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
Ensure accessibility standards are met in all designs.
Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related discipline
Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience working in a UX design role
