Job Description

As a Music Director at Creative Arts Hub, you will be at the forefront of our musical initiatives. This role involves overseeing music programs, directing performances, and collaborating with artists of all levels to enhance our community's artistic engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design innovative workshops and performances that cater to a diverse audience.
  • Supervise the production of music-related materials and resources.
  • Conduct outreach to engage the community and promote the benefits of arts participation.
  • Monitor the progress of students and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create interdisciplinary projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during events and activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field
  • Master's degree in Music Education is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a leadership role in music or performing arts
