Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Analyst to play a vital role in analysing clinical data, interpreting results, and reporting findings to enhance patient care and support clinical decision-making. The successful candidate will leverage their analytical skills to provide insights that contribute to evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and interpret clinical data to support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop data models and visualisations to facilitate evidence-based healthcare.
  • Assist in designing and implementing data collection and reporting protocols.
  • Support clinical staff with data-driven insights to enhance patient care.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings to optimise workflow and patient outcomes.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for data analysis.
  • Train junior analysts and clinical staff on data analysis techniques.
  • Report on key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Health Informatics or Clinical Research is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis within healthcare settings
