Job Description

As a Wellness Coach at Wellness Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for guiding clients on their health journeys through personalized fitness plans and nutritional advice. You will motivate clients to reach their goals while fostering a supportive community environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess client health and fitness levels to create individualized programs.
• Lead fitness assessments and track client progress.
• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices and physical fitness.
• Organize and lead wellness workshops for group education.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills.
• Promote community health initiatives and partnerships.
• Manage and track client communications and scheduling.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health or Fitness related field
• Higher-level coaching certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in health coaching or personal fitness training

Technical Skills

• Health coaching
• Fitness programming

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal skills
• Time management

Certifications

• Level 4 Nutrition Coach
• CPR/AED Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• First Aid Certification: Current First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with online coaching platforms: Familiarity with using technology for remote coaching.
