Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure of our company. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing excellent support to our users, and ensuring all systems run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users and ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify and resolve IT issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Assist with the setup of new hardware and software in the workplace.
  • Conduct regular updates and backups of systems.
  • Support the IT Manager in improving existing IT infrastructure.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma (HND) in IT or Computing
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support roles

  • Linux

Certifications
  • ITIL Foundation
Languages
  • English: Fluent
