Job Description

As a Packaging and Filling Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently package tea bags while ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging machinery for tea bags.
• Monitor and adjust machinery settings during production.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product consistency.
• Record production metrics and maintain logs as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide support to team members during peak production times.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills preferred

Experience

• No prior experience necessary, however, experience in a manufacturing or packaging role is advantageous.
