Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Community Health Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing community health programs aimed at improving the overall well-being of individuals within our community. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure our initiatives are responsive to the needs of the populations we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Create awareness campaigns to engage the community in health initiatives.
  • Assess community health needs through surveys and focus groups.
  • Collaborate with academic institutions for research and development of health strategies.
  • Supervise the collection and management of program data.
  • Ensure transparency and accountability in program implementation.
  • Advocate for community health issues with policymakers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in community health program management
