Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Machine Feeders and Offbearers to join our production team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining the feather cutting machines, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the feeding process to ensure material quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for quality control.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine malfunctions.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding production issues.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Help implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Support team members to achieve collective goals.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational or technical certificates are advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience operating industrial machines is a bonus

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Ability to follow instructions

Languages

• English: Fluent
