Job Description

As the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO), you will lead our efforts in developing and implementing sustainability strategies aimed at reducing our environmental impact. This pivotal role involves collaborating with various teams to foster a culture of sustainability within the organisation while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sustainability team in developing innovative programmes to enhance the company's environmental initiatives.
• Formulate and execute action plans for sustainable development aligned with organisational objectives.
• Engage with suppliers and partners to promote sustainability throughout the supply chain.
• Evaluate and manage sustainability-related risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present sustainability reports for executive management and the board.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability or environmental roles.

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of environmental regulations

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Project management skills

Certifications

• Certified Sustainability Professional
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
