We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (Staff RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Staff RN, you will provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and implement nursing care plans in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
Create and revise nursing care plans based on patient needs.
Documentation of patient care and treatment progress.
Administer IV medications and perform treatments.
Stay updated with best practices in patient care.
Engage in team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Provide emotional support to patients and family members.
Participate in training and development programmes.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Education
Degree or diploma in Nursing or equivalent
Valid registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse.
Experience
Proven experience in a Staff RN role is preferred.

Certifications
Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
Specialty nursing certifications are a plus.
Languages
English: Fluent
