As a Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of various building services projects. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the maintenance and improvement of building systems, ensuring that they run efficiently and align with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of building services while ensuring technical and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and develop solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
• Document all processes, changes, and results effectively.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, fostering communication and collaboration.
• Implement health and safety protocols in all engineering activities.
• Research and apply new technologies to improve building service efficiency.
• Prepare estimates and specifications for building services projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in building services engineering with a focus on large projects

• Building Information Modelling (BIM)
