Bleach Plant Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bleach Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining bleach plant equipment to produce high-quality bleached products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production processes while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations during operations.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and report equipment malfunctions.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of chemical processes involved in bleach production.
• Document production data accurately and assist in developing reports.
• Engage in on-the-job training for fellow operators and assist in staff development.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste.
• Support auditing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or similar is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the chemical manufacturing industry.
