Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fuel Cell Systems Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Fuel Cell Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining fuel cell systems to meet our organization’s objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead R&D projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency of fuel cell systems.
  • Oversee the design and testing phases of new fuel cell technologies.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on projects.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners on fuel cell innovations.
  • Conduct market research to keep abreast of competitive technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in fuel cell systems design, development, or research.
Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of fuel cell principles
  • Proficiency in system-level modeling and simulation software
  • Knowledge of control algorithms and optimization techniques for fuel cell systems
Soft Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Certifications
  • Certification in Fuel Cell Technology
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Languages
