We are looking for a skilled Pleat Patternmaker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying patterns for pleated garments. You should have experience in garment construction and be adept at translating design ideas into precise patterns.

Responsibilities

• Create prototypes of pleated garments for testing and evaluation.
• Ensure patterns account for fabric properties and their impacts on the final garment.
• Assist in marketing and presentation of new designs to stakeholders.
• Document all patterns for version control and future reference.
• Evaluate the cost of production against the design specifications.
• Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure high standards are met.
• Facilitate communication between design and production teams.
• Provide input on market trends to influence design strategies.
• Assist with inventory management of supplies and materials.
• Propose innovations in pleating techniques and materials.
