Responsibilities

• Carry out installations of computer systems and peripherals for various clients.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues swiftly.
• Assist in configuring network services and security features.
• Deliver excellent customer service during on-site visits.
• Create manuals and guides for user support.
• Participate in IT projects to enhance service delivery.
• Provide recommendations for hardware and software upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• A degree or diploma in IT or a related field

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in computer installation and technical support

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Windows and macOS
• Networking Skills
• Antivirus and Security Software

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills

Certifications

• CompTIA A+
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages
