Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of all boat and plant utility activities.
• Ensure all safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
• Manage inventory for spare parts and equipment to ensure readiness.
• Train team members on best practices and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee workflow efficiency.
• Provide technical assistance as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports on operational activities and compliance.
• Assist in the budgeting for maintenance and repairs.
• Implement improvements based on inspections and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Higher vocational qualification in maritime operations.

Experience

• Experience working in the maritime sector is advantageous.
