Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Device Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in Eastbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical devices, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for enhancing patient care through innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales presentations and product training to potential customers.
  • Act as a key point of contact for product inquiries and support.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor sales quotes and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Engage in continuous learning about our medical devices and their applications.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to resolve customer issues.
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales targets.
  • Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
