Responsibilities

• Assess client fitness levels and establish achievable goals.
• Deliver effective and engaging training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Assist clients with the correct use of fitness equipment.
• Encourage clients to maintain consistency and dedication.
• Participate in promotional events and community outreach to attract new clients.
• Provide feedback and advice to clients on their performance.
• Review and update fitness programs regularly to ensure effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
• Specialist certificates, such as Pilates or Yoga, are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the fitness industry

• Advanced Personal Training Certification

Languages
