Job Description

We are seeking a driven Financial Strategy Manager to oversee financial planning and strategy implementation across the organisation. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in financial analysis and a passion for enhancing business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute financial plans that promote sustainable growth.
  • Provide analytical support to senior management through clear, concise reports.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to share financial insights with stakeholders.
  • Perform variance analysis and suggest corrective actions when necessary.
  • Drive automation initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supervise the financial modeling and valuation processes.
  • Enhance the budgeting process by identifying key performance indicators.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Participate in business development activities and strategic investment discussions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Master's degree or MBA is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a financial leadership role
