Job Description
We are seeking an Employee Development Specialist to lead our training initiatives in Windsor. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design and a passion for developing employee skills and career paths.
Responsibilities
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and observations.
Design innovative learning experiences that engage participants.
Promote training opportunities and resources to employees.
Utilise metrics to evaluate training efficiency and report results.
Facilitate workshops and development sessions.
Work with external training providers when necessary.
Support managers in coaching and mentoring employees.
Ensure compliance with training-related regulations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
Postgraduate qualification in Training and Development is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in a learning and development role
