Job Description

We are seeking an Employee Development Specialist to lead our training initiatives in Windsor. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design and a passion for developing employee skills and career paths.

Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and observations.
  • Design innovative learning experiences that engage participants.
  • Promote training opportunities and resources to employees.
  • Utilise metrics to evaluate training efficiency and report results.
  • Facilitate workshops and development sessions.
  • Work with external training providers when necessary.
  • Support managers in coaching and mentoring employees.
  • Ensure compliance with training-related regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Postgraduate qualification in Training and Development is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a learning and development role

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
