Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Performance Analyst to join our Belfast team. The ideal candidate will leverage analytics tools and methodologies to assess and enhance our digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for interpreting data into actionable insights, creating reports, and optimising campaigns to increase conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across various platforms.
  • Analyze user behaviour to inform performance improvement strategies.
  • Regularly test and measure the effectiveness of marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to align efforts.
  • Support the team with insights for SEO optimisation and content marketing.
  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify performance needs and expectations.
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Document findings and methodologies for future reference.
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights and ideas for improvement.
  • Play a key role in driving the overall success of digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital performance role
