Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Automatic Nailing Machine Feeder to join our team. This role requires operating the machine, ensuring proper feeding of materials, and maintaining quality control throughout the production process. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on meeting production targets while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Load materials into the machine’s feeding system ensuring accuracy.
  • Perform daily checks on machinery and report deviations.
  • Assist team members in achieving daily production outputs.
  • Help in troubleshooting and resolving minor mechanical issues.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for machine operation.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to machine operation.
  • Keep accurate records of production output and machine maintenance.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate in Manufacturing or Machinery Operations is an advantage
Experience
  • Prior experience in the carpentry or woodworking industry is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
  • Basic Computer Literacy
  • Proficiency in Using Measuring Tools

  • Good Problem-Solving Skills
  • Communication Skills

Advantageous

  • Experience in Carpentry: Familiarity with woodworking processes and tools.
