Join our team as a Drapery Hand, where you'll be responsible for creating and installing beautiful window treatments. The ideal candidate will have experience in sewing and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each project exceeds client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create samples to present to clients for approval before full production.
• Adapt designs based on client feedback and changes in project scope.
• Collaborate with interior designers to achieve cohesive designs across projects.
• Train and oversee junior staff when necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in window treatments and textiles.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in sewing or upholstery preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in drapery making or a related field

Technical Skills

• Sewing

Languages

• English: Fluent
