Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Senior Desktop Support Technician with robust experience in both Windows and Mac environments. The ideal candidate will excel at troubleshooting and providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring efficient technology operations.

Responsibilities

  • Walk users through problem-solving processes effectively.
  • Document support interactions in our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure security protocols are adhered to and maintained.
  • Oversee small projects related to IT installations and upgrades.
  • Stay current with industry trends to provide optimal support.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Provide feedback on IT service improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. A+, ITIL) are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
