Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to join our Glasgow-based team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing healthcare administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional patient care. This role requires strong organisational skills and a passion for improving healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update patient management software.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and records.
  • Assist in project management for new healthcare initiatives.
  • Prepare analytical reports on administrative performance metrics.
  • Support strategic planning efforts for healthcare delivery.
  • Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes.
  • Provide oversight for front desk operations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to enhance patient care services.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new administrative practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Business Management
  • Relevant Master’s degree is a benefit
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
