Job Description

Join our team as a Project Manager where you will lead multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements and feedback.
  • Track project progress and generate regular status reports.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues as they arise during project execution.
  • Mentor junior project managers and team members.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects
