We are seeking a professional and experienced Formal Waiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is outstanding.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Ensure tables are set with appropriate cutlery, glassware, and tableware.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively assist with dietary requirements.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with billing and payment processing.
• Participate in training to enhance service skills and menu knowledge.
• Implement feedback to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in hospitality or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience as a waiter in a formal dining setting is essential.
