Job Description

As a Bridge Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in the operation and navigation of our vessels, ensuring the safety of all on board and facilitating effective communication among the crew.

Responsibilities

• Engage in daily navigation operations and assist in steering the vessel.
• Collaborate with onboard crew for effective operation and safety.
• Handle emergency equipment and follow protocols when necessary.
• Aid in the maintenance of navigational and safety equipment.
• Report any mechanical or operational issues to senior crew members.
• Ensure all safety procedures are updated and adhered to.
• Provide training to new crew members on safety and navigation.
• Assist in the management of passenger safety during embarkation and disembarkation.

Requirements

Education

• Medical fitness certificate

Experience

• Experience operating radar or electronic chart display systems is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Weather Monitoring Tools
• Emergency Signaling Devices

Certifications

• Additional maritime certifications or endorsements are a plus.

Languages

• English: Fluent
