Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our Cambridge office. This role involves conducting comprehensive market research, analysing data, and providing insights that support business strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement research methodologies for various projects.
  • Collect and analyse primary and secondary data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions with data-driven insights.
  • Develop comprehensive market analysis reports to identify opportunities.
  • Interpret trends and patterns in data to guide client recommendations.
  • Assist in creating surveys and questionnaires to gather consumer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of research processes and outcomes.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing within the research team.
  • Mentor junior analysts when required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Advanced degree in Market Research or Analytics is a plus
