Job Description

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Cardiff office, where you will be responsible for managing project lifecycles from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget. You'll work closely with various teams to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and performance, and adjust as necessary.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee project documentation and quality assurance processes.
• Utilise project management tools effectively for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in senior project management roles

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies

Soft Skills

• Negotiation

Certifications

• PMI-ACP Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Lean Management: Experience applying Lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements: Awareness of compliance standards relevant to project management.
