Job Description

As a Network and Computer Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in overseeing the organisation's WAN infrastructure, focusing on maintaining performance and optimising network operations to meet the needs of an ever-evolving IT landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimise network performance and capacity.
  • Develop, document, and implement network policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with external vendors for network services.
  • Perform regular audits of network security and compliance.
  • Implement disaster recovery procedures for network systems.
  • Train other staff on network security protocols and best practices.
  • Assist in planning for future network expansions and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations related to network security.
  • Review and apply software updates and patches for network devices.
  • Support integration of new technology solutions into the existing network.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with SD-WAN technologies.
