Job Description

Join our team as a Forensic Science Technician. Your role will include conducting thorough examinations of firearms and ballistic evidence while collaborating with law enforcement. We require meticulous individuals who possess strong analytical skills and a passion for justice.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and interpret complex ballistic evidence.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses on firearms.
  • Engage with external forensic experts for collaborative evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards in collection, storage, and analysis of evidence.
  • Oversee the calibration and maintenance of forensic equipment.
  • Assist in the development of new testing methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Forensic Science or related field is preferred
  • Professional certifications in forensic analysis are advantageous.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in forensic ballistics or forensic analysis.
