• Lead the planning and execution of audits for a diverse client base.
• Analyze financial statements and audit trails for discrepancies.
• Advise management on financial and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant UK auditing standards and legislation.
• Mentor junior auditors in strategic audit techniques.
• Identify potential areas of risk and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Engage with teams across departments to ensure a holistic approach to auditing.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree or professional certification (ACCA, ACA) preferred
• Risk Assessment Expertise in identifying and mitigating risks.
• Financial Analysis Advanced understanding of financial statements and compliance.
• Data Analytics Solid experience in utilizing data analytics tools for auditing.
• Analytical Skills Exceptional analytical abilities for auditing tasks.
• Communication Strong communication skills for presenting audit findings.
• Team Leadership Proven ability to lead and mentor audit teams.
• ACCA
• CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)
• English (Fluent)

• Knowledge of international accounting standards: Experience working with IFRS or similar frameworks.
• Leadership experience: Experience in leading projects or teams is preferred.
