Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced Nottingham office. In this role, you will support project managers in the execution of project goals and ensure that all deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, working closely with teams to foster a positive and productive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the successful delivery of projects by coordinating schedules and resources.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements.
  • Assist in preparing project budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide administrative support for project meetings and workshops.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the project team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in project operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is highly desirable
Experience
  • 3 or more years of experience in coordinating projects
