Job Description

We are seeking an Automotive Product Manager to lead our product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of automotive systems and a strong understanding of market trends, enabling them to guide our product strategy effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall company objectives in automotive development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory bodies.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to foster innovative thinking and drive product differentiation.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Evaluate product proposals and business cases based on market analysis and competitive landscape.
  • Implement best practices for product development and project management to improve efficiency.
  • Lead training sessions for sales and support teams regarding new product features and benefits.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure that product specs meet manufacturing capabilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field
  • MBA or equivalent preferred

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management roles in automotive industries
