Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Inspectors, Testers, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in the production process, conducting inspections, testing materials, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review production plans and specifications to ensure quality requirements are clear.
• Conduct detailed inspections and sampling of raw materials and finished products.
• Compile reports detailing inspection results and suggest improvements.
• Assist in developing and refining testing and inspection methods.
• Troubleshoot quality issues in collaboration with engineering.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards for product quality.
• Participate in audits and inspections as required.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• NVQ Level 2 in Quality Control is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis
• Quality Assurance Systems

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Quality Inspector (CQI)
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC): Ability to implement and monitor SPC methodologies.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles: Experience in process improvement initiatives.
