Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide top-notch technical assistance to our users in Leeds. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of IT systems and be adept at troubleshooting various technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support remote users with IT-related issues and troubleshooting.
