We are looking for a dedicated Sheather proficient in designing and creating high-quality leather products. You will collaborate closely with our talented artisans and designers to bring bespoke creations to life.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality leather goods, ensuring precision and craftsmanship.
• Work directly with customers to understand their specifications.
• Interpret design briefs and create technical specifications.
• Cut, stitch, and finish leather products to exact standards.
• Perform quality control to uphold our reputation for excellence.
• Stay updated on the latest techniques and tools in leatherwork.
• Support the sales team with product knowledge and demonstrations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree or certification in leather crafting is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in leather crafting or related field

Technical Skills

• Leathercraft techniques
• Pattern making
• Computer-aided design (CAD)

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Time management
• Communication

Certifications

• Certification in Leather Crafting

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with exotic leathers: Familiarity with handling and crafting exotic leather materials.
• Retail experience: Experience in retail sales and customer service within the leather industry.
