Job Description

We are actively seeking an experienced Construction Manager who will oversee construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage project timelines, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction processes and a proven track record in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage construction projects from concept through to completion.
  • Supervise and motivate construction teams to achieve goals.
  • Enforce compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Evaluate and report on project performance metrics.
  • Develop relationships with clients and external parties.
  • Monitor work progress and report on status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training and development for crew members.
  • Advise on the selection and usage of materials and construction methods.
  • Implement quality control procedures.
  • Assist in the resolution of client disputes regarding construction issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Construction or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management within construction
