Job Description
As a Button Clamper, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately clamping buttons on garments or products. You will ensure high quality finished products by following specified procedures and meeting production targets.
Responsibilities
Manage button clamping tasks while maintaining productivity levels.
Conduct final quality checks to confirm all products meet specifications.
Contribute ideas to enhance production processes.
Liaise with quality control inspectors to resolve issues.
Assist other team members in achieving daily targets.
Ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly before starting work.
Fill out production logs accurately and timely.
Maintain personal and team safety in the workplace.
Report daily production metrics to the supervisor.
Involved in continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.
Requirements
Education
Basic literacy and numeracy skills preferred.
Experience
No prior experience required, training available.
Technical Skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Soft Skills
Ability to follow instructions
Languages
English: Basic
Advantageous
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment: An understanding of workplace safety protocols is beneficial.
