Quality Control Manager (QC Manager)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager (QC Manager) to lead our quality assurance team. In this role, you'll oversee the implementation of quality control processes and ensure that our products meet the highest regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of incoming materials and finished products.
• Develop training programs for staff on quality control standards and processes.
• Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality.
• Prepare and submit compliance documentation as required.
• Participate in management reviews of quality performance and strategy.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality issues.
• Advise on preventative measures to enhance quality control processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Certification in Quality Control or Quality Management is highly desirable

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in quality control, with a preference for candidates from manufacturing sectors.
