You will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety and comfort while creating a welcoming atmosphere onboard. Responsibilities

  • Perform safety demonstrations before take-off to ensure passenger awareness.
  • Monitor cabin security and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Assist passengers with special needs and ensure their comfort.
  • Collaborate closely with the flight crew to handle any in-flight situations.
  • Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly prior to the flight.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the airline's services and destinations.
  • Manage passenger complaints with professionalism and grace.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma is essential
  • Degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality preferred
Experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
